Create a team for the new season and bring returning players forward without rebuilding your roster from scratch.

Each Inningly team represents one team for one season. When a new season begins, create a new team rather than changing the season on your existing team.
This gives you a fresh schedule, lineups, and pitching records while allowing you to reuse the player information you still need.
Set up the new season#
- Create a team and select the new season carefully. A team’s season cannot be changed after creation.
- Add roster players manually, from an Inningly team or from GameChanger. Review and edit as needed.
- Add the new season’s schedule. You can add games manually or sync your Inningly calendar with a supported calendar.
- Review Team Settings before your first game to confirm that the new team’s game, lineup, and pitching settings fit the upcoming season.
You can complete these steps as information becomes available. The roster and schedule do not need to be final before you begin preparing the new team.
